Whole Brain teaching is a new education reform that incorporates both hemispheres of the brain versus the traditional teaching methods that mainly teach to the left hemisphere. Incorporating this method into the classroom allows the teacher to become a facilitator rather than the sole instructor. Some of the many techniques used are a reward system and mimicry. Through this project I hope to learn how this method can be efficiently incorporated into a classroom. In addition, I hope to learn how whole brain learning creates a more effective student and the psychology behind the brain when being put into an environment that utilizes whole brain teaching.
